Book an Appointment

Healing begins the moment you make an appointment.

By taking this step you are letting both your calendar and your body know, “I have committed to a particular space and time to support my own well-being.” This allows your body and mind to align and become open to the healing process. I look forward to partnering with you for vibrant health.

For more info about the types of sessions offered, please see below. For pricing, please visit Rates to determine what suits you best and where you land on my sliding scale.

Online sessions

I offer somatic healing sessions online that weave together over two decades of study and practice. These sessions are rooted in Somatic Experiencing and may also include SATYA (slow, simple movements on the floor to become more embodied and awake to your whole being), yoga, acupressure, and Chinese herbal medicine depending on your goals and needs.

In person options

I offer a limited number of appointments at my home studio in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn; these allow fullest access to all the modalities that I practice. These sessions will be a blend of the offerings that will serve you most so you can show up radiantly in life. This option is reserved for patients who are ready to dive more deeply into their own healing and will commit to a minimum of six weekly appointments.

I am delighted to get to practice where I feel most at ease and believe this translates into exceptional care and rest for you. My exact address will be provided upon booking confirmation. Transportation-wise, it is a 12 minute walk to the A/C at Utica Ave or the J at Kosciuszko Street. The B26, B46, and B52 are all within a few blocks and there is a CitiBike dock across the street.

I also see acupuncture patients at Weill Cornell in the Integrative Health & Wellbeing department (436 E 69th St in Manhattan, between York & 1st Av). Weill Cornell provides the option to use in-network insurance benefits for acupuncture.
